What WordLint is and how it works
When you use WordLint, you type in details about your situation, and our AI system generates a professional letter, email, or document template for you. To do this, WordLint processes the text you provide. That text is only used to generate your output — it is not used to identify who you are.

This includes messages, prompts, or details you enter into any WordLint tool — refund requests, complaint details, resignation reasons, contract parties, property addresses, and any other information you provide to generate a document. This content is used only to generate your results and is not permanently stored.

Like most websites, we collect limited technical data including device type and browser, IP address, pages you visit, time spent using the service, and general usage patterns. This helps us improve performance and fix bugs.
3. Account information
If you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and securely managed login credentials. Your subscription tier and usage count are stored to manage your plan limits.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. We only receive confirmation of successful payments and basic billing information.
